It's dumb to sell at this point. The recent increase in authorized shares (AS) does not mean that there has been an increase in outstanding shares (OS), or the actual amount of shares issued and held by stockholders. OS has been increasing slowly over the last year as the company has been paying for some operating expenses with shares. This is normal for penny stocks. Yet an increase in AS was needed because there was not much room left between the OS (600M+ shares) and the AS (700 M shares). We can expect the new AS level (1,800 M shares) to provide for another year or so of growth, IMHO. This does not mean that MRIB is a stock share dilution scam, as some would suggest.
