Not sure if this was covered but I'm thinking the biomass plant in Lincoln County in Nevada was built after all in the two proposed locations--Pony Springs Substation and Prince Substation

Satellite image today--Pony Springs substation looks pretty good in size in comparison to other biomass plants in the area. Prince Substation not as large but there's also another plant down the road and who's to know if that's ours or not
