"7,801,837 shares issued in 2005. 160,000 of those were at $1 and the rest were sub-$1. The vast majority of the shares were issued at a tenth of a penny to directors/officers since the company had nothing else to compensate with."

If that is true, what's the problem! They were issued to employees, director's/officers, not the public or institutional investors!

In my book, they (company execs and employees) don't count. I think you are reaching again to try and make your point! There's no indication that they sold them on the open market at these prices, is there? I'm sure they understand the stock's potential! They work for the company and have a better "first hand" knowledge of the exciting happenings within the company than we. Do you have evidence that all of those 7,801,837 shares have been excercised and sold on the open market? I didn't think so! And still, we only have about 38,000,000 shares outstanding! Which is a huge positive!!! So stop "bit'chin"!
