this-is-an-INCC-ethics-issue…has-GOOD news, BAD news…..

Good news part is that revenues from the PROPOSED plans would certainly reduce ( maybe even eliminate ) some of the problems that officers ( who are vital to ANY companies future ) have…..if all that revenue would be paid in salary to them….

BUT

that PROMISED revenue won't even be disposable if INCC follows its PLAN…it'll get SPENT as soon as it is realized,,,,for COMPANY needs, not personal needs………

thats ALL there is to the "good News" part……..very short


BAD NEWS portion is the ETHICAL dilemma that INCC puts shareholders and the companys' future in.

When a company builds the PIVOTAL job slots with employees who have legal problems and financial burdens, HOW can INCC promise they will be around to do their job??? THEY CANT

Secondly, the FUTURE behavior of an employee is PREDICTED by his/her resume to a 75-99% certainty, thats why the best employees get the best wages……….THEIR RESUME……

thats why most successful startup business stay small and earn very good wages for the owners,its the best way to make good money and staying small keeps out the RIFF RAFF that kills good companies….

…the rest get phony or very low paying positions with PENNY stock companies………ITS REAL WORLD statistics, and most shareholders have a better ETHICAL resume than 50-75% of PENNY officers……

THE NEXT set of ISSUES IS PURELY ethical………if the INCC officers were honest and contrite about their past legal issues, they would have solved them by now………2005, 2006, 2008 whatever tax year problems……..STILL HAPPENING NOW??????

That fact alone tells shareholders a lot about the "turned over a new leaf" idea that gets used to explain away how INCC's future could be……..

if I was a CEO and had these PAST problems and they were solved…..it would be PUBLISHED so ALL could share that DD……..cleans my resume……much better place to be……..but INCC is not there

the Field case is current and CIF ( the Plaintiff ) is not playing games………Arthur Field went to jail for the civili crimes he committed surrounding this issue….with house arrest and jail time, it was 1 year served………that was the USA versus A Field…..

….this is CIF coming after the WHOLE FIELD FAMILY for the huge losses that CIF was on the hook for in the Federal case, due to the Field's involvement with CIF.


Uccello, INCC's CEO….. has TENS of businesses splattered all over Florida which show questionable associations and debts, and JUDGEMENTS against………if he is ABSOLVED of all these issues,,,,,,he should show his shareholders that he is………or be JUDGED according to what MESSES he left behind……..

so SUCCESS happens when the ODDS for success are in someones track record…..sure all the big name success stories have failures mixed in…….BUT 100% of those success stories have a HUGE % of those past ideas and companies being successful…leading to the BIG breakthrough that made them famous…..those people didn't FAIL their way to a BIG success…..couple of the resumes with INCC look good………..not good enough, and WHY down in the PENNYS if TRULY as good as they sound?????

…success begets success……………trouble does not brew success……….TROUBLE cures itself for all to see, then makes a success out of itself………….

and we haven't even got to the CHILL part…………..when a company gets a CHILL, its usually focused around unregistered stock selling issues…….NOT GOOD for company execs who are working for peanuts and want to sell their restricted shares ASAP to handle their day-to-day financial burdens……..
