RainChief Executes Letter of Intent (Farm-In) for Kansas Prospect

Vancouver, BC – RainChief Energy Inc. (OTCQB: RCFEF) (the “Company”) today announced that it has entered into a Letter of Intent (“LOI”) to execute a Farm-in Agreement (“Farm-in Agreement”) with FormCap Corp. (“FormCap”), of Reno, Nevada, within ten (10) business days from the date of this announcement.

So we should hear some sort of news by Thursday????
