According to AMD in their earnings conference, they said to expect Fab36 to be at full capacity the end of *next* year, and that the ramp will be mostly linear. That means ~8500 WSPM by the end of the year, given that they started this quarter, and there are 7 quarters until the end of 2007. Of course, these are all wafer starts. Wafer outs will lag by a few months. It will definitely be a race to who can output more competitive parts faster.
