AURYN knows MDMN needs cash to operate but AURYN capped the amount they could sell to raise that cash. So maybe AURYN'S announcement that they were going to buy shares on the open market was nothing more then an attempt to keep the share price up as long as possible for MDMN"S sake.

The financials should be very interesting as to the amount of shares outstanding.

The share price doesn't seem to indicate that AURYN or the LETTS are doing any substantial buying (if any ).
