SB,
You are right we have Institutional investors BUT.......
As of now, if I were an Institutional Investor I would be the 5th largest. And I am hardly a big time individual investor.

They haven't put large amounts of money in this stock and, in general, they won't (and should not) put their money behind a high risk stock that is susceptible to manipulation.
A higher PPS hinders and higher volume of trades which hinders manipulation.
I am sure you agree with that concept.
If not, it's ok with me.
It's only my opinion. And you have a different one.
