I have no idea how many license they will be awarded. I'm pretty sure it's not zero tho. My educated guess is 4. It all depends on the states rankings. The higher they're ranked the more they'll get. With that said I don't think the state is going to throw 8 at them either. The state is going to spread it out a bit. I think they will end up with one of each license. 3 up front and a back door move back to Clark County. The county is going to see TRTC is ranked much higher than the majority of the applicants they already preselected. I believe Clark county will be foolish not to add a spot or 2 for the companies they first overlooked. And remember, they didn't overlook TRTC. They believed the tortious interference. They will fix their mistake.
