$ ELRA. GM as most know ASHER has been Blacklisted from alot of Companies and if you check the 13G of most of the Companies that were involved with ASHER it will show that are doing the same thing as ELRA has done. Those shares are being took over with others to fill the Spot and there are only a few that does that so it will show alot of the same names such as John F Fife in REA* and so on. ASHER left EHO* and there is a 13G showing that another has filled that Spot so its nothing new and every where ASHER was you will see where Another Company has filled the Spot IMO. Every stock i,ve seen where that has taken place it was Dilution taking place at the time because it was shares involved for the change to be made as it was in ELRA. When these type changes go on in any stock the Smart Money knows its a perfect time to get cheap shares because they know once its done the Company will put out News and pull the stock back up except for some of the Greedy Companies that are either not Smart enough to do so are they just dont care enough about thier shareholders to do so JMO. ELRA has PRed a update to the Shareholders and shut off the faucet on the Shares when they put out the last News and thats just Fact as the O/S was being keep up with Daily durning that time. ELRAs 13G shows that ELRA has filled the spot that ASHER held & IMO we will start getting News of what is going on with the Company now as they get all thier filings delt with that they have to do IMO. Most of the Shareholders thats been in ELRA knows that can happen at any time so in the Mean time i will just hold tight and look at it as a good time to add as i can. I only invest Money in any stock that i dont need for a period of a long time and why i own some what i think is very good MID & Large Caps and have Several Thousand Dallors invested in ELRA but all Penny stocks are a pass time and Hobbie for myself.
