I kinda have to agree with red cloud on that (re: safe harbor statement). It's a standard disclaimer that sits at the bottom of a Bazillion different PR's. Posting it, by itself, could easily be read as a really poor way of trying to dissuade folks from having any real faith in a company.

I'm not saying that you were bashing, but only that it could be interpreted as such.
