ROFL!!! Nobody in the entire history of the internet ever used the phrase "emphasis is commentary" because, as my competent English professor notes, it's a pile of horseshit.

NNVC filings, no matter how embarrassing, aren't changed nor accused of being misleading or incorrect just because I bolded the fact that Ebolacide2.0 ain't happening unless they get massive federal funding. Sorry. :(

By the way, if you've never used Google, I recommend it. It searches massive databases of dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. big enough to fill the NY Public library 10,000 times over and then some. Wikipedia is a tiny subset of the internet. Google searches trillions of data points from all major sources that ever existed. The only time in the entire history of the internet including every credible publication since the beginning of time ever used the laughable phrase "Emphasis is commentary" just so happens to be on IHUB.

Even Wikipedia entries tend to be backed with a source. Don't let NNVC's upsetting failure displayed in its 10K fool you into thinking anybody emphasizing it is making commentary that the filings are misleading or incorrect. My actual commentary is that the filings are spot on: they are telling you that Ebolacide2.0 is dead dog meat unless a miracle happens in terms of funding.
