CorpHQ, Inc. (COHQ) announced today that the Company's 2006 Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, April 28, 2006 at The Palos Verdes Inn, which is located at 1700 South Pacific Coast Hwy., Redondo Beach, California, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.

At the meeting, shareholders of record as of March 23, 2006 will vote on the election of directors and the confirmation of Moore and Associates, Chartered, as the Company's auditors for the years ending December 31, 2004 and 2005.
