INCC - another great benefit of this story is the fact that INCC is committed to NOT PAYING promo companys to PUMP the stock

this is another very important fact

there are people that are saying that INCC is a pump and dump stock

that is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE

of course on this message board, the longs here are going to give their favorable opinions - that is normal and natural and is the very same thing that happens on every stock message board

BUT THAT IS NOT PUMPING

look at the website thepumptracker.com
on that site you will see many tickers that are being pumped

most of those companys will pay a promo company to pump their stock

INCC has not PAID ANYONE to PUMP THEIR STOCK

and I will say this - if you can SHOW ME PROOF that INCC is paying a promo company - please share YOUR SOLID HARD CORE PROOF HERE

If you can show me proof, then I stand corrected

but like I said, I have seen no signs of INCC paying a PROMO company to pump the stock

now - on the other hand

some of these promo companys may actually tout INCC - without being paid, now why would they do that?

simple, if they promo INCC and the stock moves up 40% percent in one day - then people will look at their newsletter in a positive light and they can gain more followers to their newsletter

so, I can easily see some of the penny newsletter piggybacking this amazing INCC story - so they can be looked at as predictors of this stock - but to this date - INCC has not paid promo companys to pump the stock

thus - this is NOT A PUMP AND DUMP scam that people are saying it is

again - companies that pay promoters are PUMP and DUMPS - they need to dilute their stock and that is why they pay a promoter to PUMP them

INCC is not selling their stock, they are not diluting

so there is NO NEED for them to pay someone to PUMP
