Absolutely INCC!!

these guys say something and then they do it!!!

they told us that they would reduce the 3 billion shares, and they did it!

they told us that they would remove the skull and cross bones, and they did it!

they promised that they would update us periodically and they practically tweet at a minimum of a few times a month!!

now, when you compare to other pennys, many do not come anywhere near as close to these guys!!!
