i used a 9 million evaluation because a 9 million dollar project in the oil and gas industry can produce 10 x that if executed.
So its safe to say that is a moderate number to base off future sales, cash flow, and/or revenue streams for projections of what the future Market Cap could be
Also the PR stated that it would lead to other acquisitions which would mean more $$
If that partnership went through, believe there will be some share buying on a heavy level going on at that point
