It is not illegal to encourage people to buy at the ask. It is not illegal to buy at ask. Your knowledge is even less than kruzen. Now maybe mm's brought the price up at end of day. Normal traders cant afford fees to get that done. If you can get it stopped more power to you. Of course if you can get that done you will also stop them from bringing price down. What a wonderful world it would be. Can you imagine just traders and investors controlling the market. Nirvana. As far as dilution i guess we will just have to wait and see if they get this taken care of. They expect the pps to get to .35 then they will have to do the right things to get it there. I never worry or want anybody else to worry about things that are out of mine or their control. You never lose a penny till you sell. Once you sell you have no chance, particularly down here.
