"Drop Dead" dates

They are all about as solid in the business world as Jell-O Pudding.
These things are given meaning only to motivate (manipulate) employees and to show a form of obligation between parties.

For Example. YOU MUST FILE YOUR TAXES BY APRIL 15!!! Or the IRS is going to have you by the cahones!

Really? And then what?
File an extension
Make payment arrangements
Don't pay at all and then settle on a lower amount with the IRS through a mediator.
Still haven't paid? GOing to Jail? call 1-800-TAX-LAWYERS and make problem disappear.
