IMG sale.

I can see how it makes sense for the purchaser and the seller. IMG needed the cash badly.

The purchasers are expert operators and can likely get every cent of their investment back or more in time without a large capex expansion. Down the road (10 years?)they will be in for freeish, have more data about the expansion possibilities, and can make a call on spending $1.2 / $1.5 B at that time.

Who knows, maybe Magris Resources will want to be a prime player in the Nb market. They perhaps could look at acquiring Niocorp. They seem to have the backing, the expertise, and would not have the anti trust issues of CBMM. Be the big Nb dog on the North American market? Then Elk Creek can bankroll Niobec's expansion down the road. Makes sense to me as long as the resource gets difinitive (very probable it seems to me) and the pilot plant rocks it.
