Let's help out Major General Penny Stock Jackson - C.O.B. of DRNE and Board member of WSGI (audit and compensation committees). No speech writer required!!!

4.5 years ago....Major General Wayne P. Jackson (U.S. Army Retired) briefly saluted WSGI shareholders as temporary Chairman after the latest Spinal Tap drummer like COB explosion. He offered shareholders the following, "We are keenly focused on leveraging our existing airships and technologies to generate near-term revenue. We also are expanding our product portfolio of integrated, near-space UAV designs. Our goal is to offer a broad range of low-cost, long-duration surveillance solutions for our customers that can be delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner."

Could truer words be said today? I think not!!

Oh yes, one more thing....please pass the free shares!!

AVENTURA, FL, Apr 27, 2010 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- Sanswire Corporation /quotes/comstock/11k!snsr (SNSR 0.07, 0.00, 0.00%) , a developer and producer of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and related technologies, today announced that defense contractor Global Telesat Corp. (GTC) has agreed to purchase a 50% interest in SkySat -- Sanswire's mid-altitude, lighter-than-air, UAV platform -- with an option to purchase the remaining 50% interest in the already constructed airship by year-end 2010. Financial terms of the contract were not disclosed.

SkySat was initially designed for reconnaissance and surveillance missions performed at altitudes up to 45,000 ft. Sanswire and GTC intend to upgrade the airship to improve its viability for multipurpose defense and communications operations. More specifically, the two companies plan to develop a flexible platform allowing the SkySat to accommodate a range of customer requirements.

GTC agreed to the SkySat purchase following recent meetings with potential customers, strategic partners and defense contractors. The companies will work closely with US government-certified defense contractors to integrate approved ground station controls and electronics packages into the airship.

GTC has already partnered with Sanswire to develop the STS-111 UAV, a flexible multi-segmented airship that began flight-testing in December 2009.

Sanswire's Chairman of the Board, Major General Wayne P. Jackson (US Army, Ret.), stated: "We are keenly focused on leveraging our existing airships and technologies to generate near-term revenue. We also are expanding our product portfolio of integrated, near-space UAV designs. Our goal is to offer a broad range of low-cost, long-duration surveillance solutions for our customers that can be delivered in a timely and cost-efficient manner."
