DC Man We along with the skeptics agree that it was strange for a successful entrepreneur such as william Gartner to pay 6000 dollars to GCDX for the use of DR-70 with less than two years of patent life...We along with our skeptic friends also agree that it was strange that William wanted the DR-70 for lung cancer only. What good would DR-70 be for William and GCDX in the first place? ProvistaDx still owns LC Sentinel..Not William or GCDX unless GCDX was going to be merged by PDX as a subsidiary..Which can still happen. Here is another fact..GCDX can still negotiate with Radient per the Aussies, unless of course the possibility this arrangement had already taken place before the Aussies arrived. GCDX paid 6000 dollars in good faith to Radient on good faith..In return this can still happen...Per 8-K The facts ...Look for Provista and GCDX via William making an announcement of a PDX and GCDX merger and a reverse merger into Radient..Why Radient's Shell...imo Wolf

The agreement below..GCDX and Radient can re-engage you understand....

As of October 1, 2012, GCDx has not made the required upfront payment of $280,000. Therefore the proposed GCDx licensing agreement was cancelled. We will consider re-engaging GCDx in a new licensing agreement at such time as GCDx is able to make the required up-front payment.
