One thing you'll eventually learn from being a novice investor is that "going concern" is standard boilerplate language you find in almost every 10-K/Q whereby a fast growing company is emerging to profitability. .10 cents ? LOL. I'll bet this is back over $2.00 in the blink of an eye with what the company's doing. There are companies with billion dollar market caps (many biotechs) with "going concern" attached. It means nothing. ABRW is now (and expanding) in Whole Foods, Safeway, etc. People LOVE the products. And the best thing ? They won't have to dilute now that they raised what they needed in the IPO.
