It is $12 million worth of shares and not 12 million shares.

Also, it is not clear whether this dilution will happen pre RS or post RS. Most probably it will be pre RS as they cannot afford a dilution right after an RS. It will only cause the price to drop right away.

Pre RS this amounts to almost 133 million shares - about 15- 16% of the current outstanding shares. Quite a lot. Unless they manage to jack up the share price next week.
