You have to give it to Sherm.

He is nothing but consistent with his sheer idiocy and penchant for spending money on lawyers.

His company is going to get its registration revoked and cease to trade and no longer be public.......yet he will spend untold dollars to fight a separate action for fraud in which he is facing a five year director ban on running a public company.

Makes tons of sense.
