As have already been pointed by another poster, this sentence from Greg,

"...the lease continues to be effective through October 15, 2014 and testing of AOT equipment on the pipeline is ongoing. Although testing and operational details are protected under a non-disclosure agreement, I can say we are very encouraged by preliminary test results".

.... is total proof that the lease termination was not due to bad tests results (or Greg would just be crazy to pronounce it, and I have heard first hand he was not...),
and if you combine it with the following new sentence from the website, published many weeks later :

The success of our company is based on serving the needs of customers with our scientific, manufacturing partners and top tier customers to bring new solutions to the energy industry

it does not require a stratospheric IQ to connect the dots :
TC tests are successful, they will be a major customer and partner in the commercialization of the AOT.
