Is he being truthful? I dunno.

1s traded today, as they have been all week. Only difference today was no bid, but L2 doesn't show you the truth behind the trades anyway. As long as the 1s keep trading, a bid will show up. Example: no way did I see 25 million 1s on L2 today, but that many traded so they were there. MMs just didn't show them. The Wall on the 2s may have been fake to shake out the last of the holders and allow someone to grab the cheap 1s. Seems to be the game.

I wonder if LHPT just got current to avoid delisting. Delisting would be only threat, so why get current if they were in under SEC threat of delist?

This will all make sense soon. The gang is still here. Holding for oil and .50!
