EOD tape painting is routine in the OTCs. It is also occasionally the specific reason for an SEC suspension. There are laws against it.

The instance which occurred today took the price up 37.5% from where it had been trading. That is not natural, and that is not where the ask had been. But believe what you will. I am only posting to those with an open mind.
