You know you can't voice displeasure in the way this company is run. Others will say you don't understand the big picture. Call you a basher. Many people like to overlook all the points you bring up and attribute it to finding an identity for the company. That's why I have been averaging down big time, the pop I need to break even is much less now.

You asked earlier what the pps will be around the turn off the year... I think you are looking at it. Maybe lower.

Don't think the uplist will drive the pps much. What the uplist will do is provide traditional financing which Greg claims he will use for acquisitions. If it is going to pop it will be after some real acquisitions, not cheesy ones like a JV buyout with little revenue. Remember he raised 500k (selling shares) to aggressively enter the mmj sector.. Well hit adjectives are great but the results never match the words he uses.

Don't forget the PR (obviously a pump because it didn't come no where near what he claimed) about sustainable profitability by end of Q2.

Or the news of acquisitions, (moneytv spot) two to be specific, that ended up being a JV where now they buy it out and have two companies under their umbrella that are basically the same company.

Let's not forget the 10 million or so preferred shares issued last Q, for what we don't know... Maybe that is what is getting dumped now...
