I love it,

You wait for this discrepancy to declare a "red flag". Rich has red flag written all over his record. I shorted this thing becuase it appeared most of the followers were as blind as you have apparently been. I am here to tell you that both statements can't be correct. Kinda like you can't continue to be a listed stock and be under $1.00/share.
