This same thing happened after the MSJ hearing. It must not have gone well for them in the court room. I'm so glad I got out after the MSJ. In my opinion, the risk/reward proposition is not worth it. If I were you, I'd get out with as much of my investment as I could. I would only play this like I would play the lottery.
