Correct, sorry I was on the road and trying to digest all this as well as post. They def have not qualified for it... yet, but I would say (semantics of course) that they've "earned it". hahaha

Really though, everyone is forgetting how soon these numbers could be attained...with another profitable acquisition. Nelson would still be bonus-less without the acquisition of SUN. These guys could be just about to seal a deal with another company, that after said and done presses us just past the 60 Million mark.

If that were to happen we could see the initial bonus vest early next year, and the remainder throughout the year if growth is on the same track as this year. (Wishful thinking I know... but I guys gotta dream right?)
