a major shareholder. I don't know how many other shares
Victory Partners has besides the 125,000,000 they just
picked up. Again, the 125,000,000 shares they just picked
up did not make Victory Partners a major shareholder. It
added to their existing position.

Maybe Victory Partners wants TEMN to do well for its
shareholders along with Alonzo Pierce.

What could possibly go wrong?
