I did not confirm with absolute 100% certainty a reverse split is going to happen, he just indicated that it is very likely....then he outlined the situations under which it will occur.

You defend this management team with a passion. Perhaps you can explain why the situation with the cards. They were to be launched by now....yet they are no where to be found. How can you excuse management for this obvious lie?

It seems you will far for anything this management team tells you, which is not a good thing.
