As the Media Onslaught continues with a "three form Friday", SLTD appears to be showing its hand.

Jim's bonus was based on the similar 2 Mil Net Profit, we've speculated in the past we could see at least this amount in the financials sooner than later, potentially within FY14.

When Jim's bonus structure appeared at the beginning of the year, in the 10K that was issued on 3/26/14 it stated that as of Mar 15, 2014 Jim had earned and been granted the first level bonus already.

To that end could we speculate on the timing of the issuance of this 8K right now, before the release of financials... that the financials could indeed show the first milestone has been achieved?
