that is all relative in my opinion

in the subpenny market 2billion float is considered pretty low

this thing has 2 billion total autho shares

you never know what is in the float, but if it is all 2 billion or less,

then this thing is considered thin in the subpenny market

a few good PR's about the future developments and this thing could be a runner past that .0010 break
