EFTI is expecting news this week reguarding their merger with cast-crete, they will be changing their name to US Sustainable Energy Corp. IHDR has licensed the CAVD Technology, and it appears EFTI is moving out of the alternative energy sector. There were substaintial revenues generated from the CAVD technology, I wonder if any shareholders will come aboard? Is anyone familiar with this deal? ~1step
