No one has a clue when dilution is done or near to be done..If you checked these boards the last 2-3 weeks..someone has said that everyday..there is no reason to believe its nearly completed..late forms and gagged TA....why do you think it will be submitted late?..do they can keep adding shares into the market... The real share count will be posted at the time the form comes out...then and maybe then when it comes out finally ..dilution will be done
