We are experiencing rapid growth and are looking for exceptional individuals to work on our trading systems technical support desk in downtown Chicago.


Trading Systems Technical Support - SpoozToolz

Duties:

• Troubleshooting proprietary software applications.
• Resolve software installation issues.
• Differentiate real bugs from user errors and the reporting of real bugs to developers
• Maintain a working knowledge of SpoozToolz applications and systems.
• Provide timely support for SpoozToolz software and Microsoft Excel.
• Help ensure accessibility and continuous operation of mission critical production systems.


Required Skills:

• 3+ years experience Microsoft Excel
• Prior experience supporting Trading Systems.
• Must be a highly motivated self starter ready to hit the ground running.
• Comfortable working in an extremely fast-paced environment in a rapidly growing company.
• Knowledge of Excel VBA is a plus.
• Must be a team player, highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
