THAT IS INCORRECT.....

the arrest description actually says.....

for the crime of writing bad checks of $150...OR MORE.
it does NOT say..for writing one for 150 dollars.

so one has to READ the WHOLE description..
of the crime
but that IS NOT the specific charge..he was arrested for.

it's for $150...OR MORE....amount of the check OR CHECKS.
