Yes, I think it'd be helpful--and encouraging to longs--if Reid produces information that shows KMAG to be a thriving business. We'll see if he does it.

But that would naturally raise another question: if the business is thriving, why wasn't that demonstrated long ago? Why deprive shareholders of that knowledge, and, perhaps, of a higher stock price? It's not a question of a few weeks' silence; Reid hasn't had anything to say for a long, long while.

I think that's something else he has to explain, along with the reason he didn't file that Form 10, and the reason FINRA decided not to approve the 211.
