However, the idea of the 'elites' releasing a bio agent for general depopulation has always seemed way too risky because the elites can also be exposed and thus succumb to the pathogen. The new race-specific bio agents would be less risky, but still far from ideal.
A scenario that does make sense though, would be having the toxic agent contained within a vaccine. In this way, the elites can avoid exposure risk by simply not getting the vaccine. The tainted vaccine could be for routine childhood diseases, the flu, pneumonia, etc, and this would be a 'slow kill' approach. The vaccinated person gets cancer years later, or becomes gradually infertile.
On the other hand, a 'fast kill' approach could involve first releasing a pathogen (say Ebola) and hype the heck out of it in the media so people will rush out to get the new anti-Ebola vaccine. The toxic agent is in the vaccine, and when the recipient later dies they can just say he must have received the vaccine too late. Or alternately, the anti-Ebola vaccine could contain a slow kill agent causing cancer or infertility.
So the idea is to get everyone to rush out and demand to be vaccinated. In 1976 they did a trial run of this approach in the US with the Swine Flu vaccine program, and again in 2009 with the bogus H1-N1 flu scare.
