Well he sure doesn't run a company like he's a genius and as far as the share price going to $1.00 I don't believe it will ever see it at .001 again without another RS.

WNBD has a very small float. Only 25.6 mil shares as of 1/21/14."

Have you checked those figures lately? I think you will find it now closer to 1 BILLION shares.
