A good portion of Hynix's defense was that the terms DLL, double data rate, and some others were never written into the patent. Furniss keeps repeating that the claims are revolutionary yet these terms are never mentioned in the patent? But the narrow multiplexed revolutionary bus is all over the place.

Wait, I don't want to know. I've already seen more than a life time of hype over there. 'Stone has them at the edge of their seats', when in reality, they were *at times* yawning away.
It's difficult to discern reality from fantasy over there. Not a good way to base intelligent financial decisions on that type of info.
