Here's some math..

WNTR has 20% ownership in I-texts.

WNTR received $40,000 from I-texts in Q1 and $100,000 in Q2, which would mean I-texts revenue for Q1 was $200,000 and $500,000 for Q2.

If you read the press releases during the time of Q2, the revenue was based off of approximately 300 charities. If you take the $500,000 revenue from Q2 and divide it by 300 charities, you get a number of $1,666. Which means each charities signed up generates an average of $1,666 per quarter.

I know they'll be some on here that will somehow spin this a different way, so let's low ball the numbers. Let's say there was 500 charities(even though there wasn't), and now you divide $500,000 revenue by the 500 charities, and you get each charity producing $1,000 revenue per quarter.

So now let's use the lower number of $1,000 from each charity per quarter. As we know from the new Blackbaud I-texts partnership I-texts will now be available to more than 30,000 charities.

So now if you take 30,000 charities and multiply that by the lower number of $1,000 per charity per quarter, you come up with $30,000,000 per quarter. $30,000,000 per quarter would equal $120,000,000 annually for I-texts.

Now I'm not saying this is going to happen for sure. I-texts is a new company, and we know a lot can happen when starting a new business. Even if we only get half the amount of charities using I-texts, it would still be 15,000 charities which would equal $60,000,000 annually. But ask yourself this, why would Blackbaud put I-texts on their website under partners if I-texts isn't the real deal. Don't you think Blackbaud having a 1.77 billion dollar market cap, would research I-texts before making a partnership agreement with them? I would think so. Blackbaud is not going to make an agreement with a scam company, plain and simple. I for one can't wait to get my I-texts dividend.
