Tell Jeff Reid we are behind him, it's time to call a spade a spade. The crooked SEC & FINRA are about to get exposed for criminals they are.

I beg your pardon? Why would you take this news as confirmation that FINRA and the SEC are "criminals"?

It's FINRA that has the thumbs up or down on 211s. If they consulted with the SEC, I imagine that was because the SEC is investigating KMAG.

Why would you expect FINRA to rubber stamp KMAG's 211? I'm sure there's a reason, probably a very good one, for the refusal. Do you plan to insist that Reid explain exactly what it was?
