I admit, I still don't understand this and work with finance. If Molen truly has an official purchase order (and not just a promise) for that amount he should easily be able to find short term financing to get that plant built and production flowing. I have bought a lot of VGPR and am long, but am still confused, especially with the lastest press release that mentions the grant they are receiving. Some banker should be able to lend them money if all this is verifiable and there is a commitment. Just my opinion.
