Let me say this, in the view of about 5000 loch shareholders, you indangered whatever chance we had by trying to over turn the SA. Nobody at this point knows how this is going to end up but IMO, and from what I heard loch attorney say, I am of the opinion that if the SA had been overturned, loch would have gone away anyway. The attorney did not specifically say that but sure made me think that way.
Now since you were the only one that objected to the SA, how do you think the folks are going to react to you. You said you only wanted justice, well by opting out, you now have the option to do what you wish. But the rest of us just want you not to interfere with our wishes.
