INCC filed a Form 15 in 2010 to deregister the stock and to no longer file Financials or any other filings to the SEC. The company claims they intend to re-register with the SEC, but they should have filed a FORM 10 as evidence before making such claims. Is it reasonable to think that INCC can or will produce audits covering the 5 years since the last audited 10K in 2009?


so for INCC to uphold THEIR words……these are requirements…….3rd times a charm
