NO, a "good-thing" would've-been-for-INCC-to-file-Form-10-to-be-reinstated

they haven't,, but you don't hear that here……. and its been 4 months since they announced the "higher" standards under which they aspired to……………June 2014….

to file Form 10, a hopeful company must be prepared to endure the reinstatement sanctions……they need to get AUDITED financials from ALL the YEARS under Form 15……….in INCC's case that is 4.5 yrs and a whole lot of dirt to clean……including the CHILL
