At these depressed levels - where are all the form 4s? Surely management and the hardest working Major General in Penny Land realize what a rare opportunity this is??


And the tutes....wherea are the tutes (institutional buyers)???

And last but not least....surely some major DOD contractor would want our little Pup on the cheap....surely!!!
